Job Description:

As a Mid Salesforce Engineer , you will design, build, and deliver Salesforce solutions and integrations, leveraging Salesforce and AWS technologies. You will ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and seamless collaboration while contributing to strategic goals and high-performing teams.

Job Overview:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions
• Support system health and engineering compliance within Salesforce architectures
• Promote engineering excellence through CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, TDD, and automated testing frameworks
• Align Salesforce development with REA standards and integration strategies
• Contribute to strategic business cases by leveraging Salesforce and AWS capabilities
• Support cross-functional collaboration with teams utilizing Salesforce systems to ensure cohesive service delivery
• Evaluate and respond to critical technical challenges and objectives
• Key Outcomes: Deliver Salesforce-driven architectures and integration capabilities aligned with product goals; ensure quality, scalability, and operational effectiveness across Salesforce and AWS systems

• 3-5+ years delivering complex Salesforce solutions in agile environments
• Expert-level Apex, Lightning (Aura & LWC) , integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events) , asynchronous processing, and Salesforce security model
• Proven experience establishing and running CI/CD pipelines, version-control strategies, and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce and AWS workloads
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architectural patterns, governor limits, and multi-cloud integration best practices
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or other revenue-generating clouds is highly regarded
• Nice to have: Salesforce Application/System Architect or Platform Developer II certification, AWS certifications, and familiarity with Design Systems or Web Components outside Salesforce

• Key Outcomes: Successfully deliver Salesforce-driven architectures and integration capabilities in line with product goals
• Ensure high standards in engineering quality, scalability, and operational effectiveness across Salesforce and AWS systems
