Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Lead and manage employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely evaluations and development plans.
  • Coordinate and oversee training and development initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, including DOLE requirements.
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure employee records are updated and accurate.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Support company culture initiatives and foster a healthy, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • With CBA experience is a plus.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
