Human Resource Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company goals and legal requirements. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Lead and manage employee engagement, retention, and development programs. Oversee employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws. Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely evaluations and development plans. Coordinate and oversee training and development initiatives across departments. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, including DOLE requirements. Manage HRIS systems and ensure employee records are updated and accurate. Oversee compensation and benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination. Support company culture initiatives and foster a healthy, inclusive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices With CBA experience is a plus.
