Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years experience in Treasury or Global Markets of a financial institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Certified Treasury Professionals preferred but not required. Competent in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Alteryx or Tableau is an advantage but not required Duties and Responsibilities Project Support: Provide support for Global Markets' initiatives in several projects, which includes assisting in the project facilitation and management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Performance Analysis : Review differences between actual results and projections as well as the Bank's Business Plan. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation. ALM Support: Provide support to the ALM desk's daily work such as helping with the liquidity management, assist reviewing pricing strategies, helping compute liquidity ratios. Reporting: Prepare and present required reports by the Planning and ALM desk for submission to the regional office and other relevant stakeholders.
