Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
o Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
2. Problem Resolution:
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
o Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
3. Documentation:
o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
o Update customer accounts and file relevant documents.
4. Feedback and Improvement:
o Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance products or services.
o Identify trends in customer concerns and propose actionable solutions.
5. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: a college degree is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
o Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
