Your Role

As a Pricing Officer (Intermediate) , you will:

  • Liaise with third-party funders to verify calculations for GST, lease modifications, commissions, termination payouts, weekly settlements, and monthly rental payments
  • Analyze lease reports and fee breakdowns to ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and report findings to senior leadership
  • Verify that fleet systems reflect approved Cost of Funds (COF) and interest rate spreads
  • Ensure accuracy of accounting reports and maintain correct net pricing across contracts
  • Manage customer pricing setups and contract modification requests in line with current business rules
  • Maintain pricing databases to support accurate and competitive quoting
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and oversee completion of pricing reviews and special projects
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and implement process automation and system improvements
  • Maintain risk and control procedures, and support enhancements to internal processes and business systems
What You Need
  • Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, or finance-related studies
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, database management, and other MS Office tools
  • Experience managing and delivering projects
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Prior exposure to fleet pricing or financial services
  • Experience with lease pricing, financial reporting standards, or pricing database management
  • Ability to liaise across departments and work with both internal and external stakeholders
