In People Consulting, we help organizations optimize their workforce to enhance performance and drive business success. Our services include organizational review and design, change management, leadership development, purpose articulation and activation, job evaluation, competency assessment, salary benchmarking, and other related solutions. We work with clients to address their unique human capital challenges and implement solutions that foster a positive and productive work environment. Our goal is to empower organizations to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

Your key responsibilities

As an Associate within the People Consulting, you will be part of a team of professionals specializing in all aspects of Organizational Development, Human Resource Management. You will provide support in delivering projects aimed at helping client companies implement solutions that address people and organization concerns, issues, and challenges. This includes:

• Organization and workforce transformation
• Change experience and learning
• Culture and leadership
• HR transformation
• HR systems
• Rewards and people mobility

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Graduates in the following fields: BS Organizational Development, Human Resource Management Development, and BS/AB Psychology
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Relevant experience in any facet or area of Human Resource (HR) Management, HR Ops, Organization Development will be an advantage
• Proficiency in the following tools: MS Office, Power Point or any reporting tools.
