Senior Payroll Analyst – Tenet Healthcare

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines (Hybrid work schedule)

Overview

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing administration for Tenet employees. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and processing all payroll information for a designated group. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of basic payroll principles and state/local tax regulations. Excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to preserve confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll for designated employee groups.
  • Review and analyze payroll information and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Apply knowledge of payroll principles and state/local tax regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and use payroll terminology professionally in all communications.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll or relevant experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
