**Position Title**: IT Tech Support Specialist

**Job Summary**:
Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth operation for end-users and minimizing downtime.

1. **Technical Support**:
- Assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

2. **System Maintenance**:

- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.

3. **User Assistance**:
- Provide guidance on software usage and best practices.
- Help users resolve common IT issues and escalate more complex problems.

4. **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and updates.
- Create user-friendly guides and FAQs for common IT problems.

5. **Network Support**:
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and security issues.
- Support Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access configurations.
