Responsibilities
  • Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation systems, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Mixes and applies paint, varnish, and sealant to ensure long lasting finish.
  • Fabricates and repairs woodworks such as doors, cabinets, tables, and chairs.
  • Repairs and maintains ceiling structures, c purlins, gypsum boards, and support structures.
  • Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
  • Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least a Vocational Course Graduate, having NC-II in Construction Painting.
  • Has at least 3-5 years of related work experience in painting, varnishing, and sealing.
  • Has experience working with c purlins, gypsum boards, and support structures.
  • Has experience fabricating and repairing woodworks such as doors, cabinets, tables, and chairs, among others.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift for repairs & maintenance program execution.
  • Able to work in confined spaces.
  • Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
  • Can start ASAP. Our Head Office is located at San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.
