About the Role

We are looking for talented Backend Engineers to join our core development team. You will be responsible for designing and building microservices, APIs, and business logic that power our platform. This role will focus on implementing CRM-like functionality, developing the backend for our Bid Management Suite, and creating complex, bi-directional integrations with the CMiC ERP system.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and backend services.
  • Build and optimize REST APIs to support application and integration needs.
  • Implement CRM-like features and backend functionality for the Bid Management Suite.
  • Architect and deliver robust integrations with ERP systems, including CMiC.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, architects, and product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Apply best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps to deliver reliable, high-performance systems.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Node.js for backend development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in REST API development and integration patterns.
  • Strong database experience with both SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (Firestore).
  • Proven experience working with or integrating ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Working Days and Shifts
  • Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if (Mid or Night Shift).
  • Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM.
  • Remarks: First 30 days will be on night shift due to onboarding, afterwards you can transition to Mid Shift or retain Night Shift.
