Their mission is to simplify global payments through intuitive solutions and strategic partnerships. Their Business Services Delivery department is focused on building web. They are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Engineering team to create modern digital software products. The team uses cutting‑edge technologies to build high‑performing, scalable cloud‑based solutions in a safe, secure, and agile fashion. This position is a remote role based in ASW BGC. Standard working hours align with AU business hours, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine time. During the probation period, you will be required to work 3 days/week for the first 2 weeks to complete onboarding. After this period, the role transitions to full‑time remote. Key Responsibilities Maintain and develop our ETL/ELT processes, data modelling and integration into our Fabric data platform. Work with data visualisation tools daily such as Power BI. Develop and optimise data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive data solutions. Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality, implementing best practices for data security and privacy in compliance with regulatory standards. Contribute to the development of analytics tools that provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics. Skills, Experience & Qualifications You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, data, business information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience), demonstrating your commitment to excellence. Demonstrated extensive skills in SQL. Experience with cloud‑based data technology stacks, particularly in Azure (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server). Strong understanding of best practices for data security. Ability to build and maintain technical documentation and version control using tools such as Confluence and CI/CD. Ability to capture business requirements and transform them into results. Your knowledge of database systems and SQL empowers you to design and optimise data‑driven applications/warehouses that are secure and robust. ASW Offers We are experts in international partnerships.
