Your Role
  • The Intake Specialist/CSR Outbound will perform a range of data entry duties that include but are not limited to the following: data entry, reviewing clientele demographics and IRS transcripts, assisting in communicating with clients (outbound calls, emails/chats), reviewing and entering client’s documents into the tax software system to support the tax preparation team.
What You Need
  • Must have experience with outbound calls, emails and client communications
  • Must be proficient in speaking English, with meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability
  • Must be willing to work onsite in MOA doing night shift
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Experience in working for the accounting industry
  • Experience in working for the tax industry (Not Required)
  • Strong multitasker
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high sense of accountability
  • Self-starter, industrious, and motivated
  • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
