1. Prepares Bill of Lading (BL) for Loose Cargo Load (LCL) and Full Cargo Load (FCL) shipments on time.
2. Ensures that all proformas and shipping instruction are sent to co-loaders and carriers and that all pre-alerts and shipping documents are sent to counterpart on time.
3. Monitor export shipment from origin, transshipment ports and arrival to final destinations.
4. Provides cargo release report to clients as required.
5. Prepares the monthly Production Report, Monthly Lifting Report and Quarterly PSB Report.
