JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Prevent problems occurrence by immediately notifying the customer.
*Expedite completion and timely notification for all affected customers.
*Responsible to thoroughly encode all parts items in any database platforms.
*Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
*Resolving customer complaints.
*Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
*Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents, Provides office support to the department assigned to.
*Willing to do multi-tasking office functions.
*Shall perform administrative functions.
*Assist in office management and organization procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*Candidates must possess has Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Information Technology or any related field.
*Fresh Graduates are encouraged to Apply
*Previous experience in a customer service and billing position is an advantage.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Customer Service Skills.
*Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
*Willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
*Willing to start ASAP.
