Assist in tax filing and other regulatory compliance tasks. Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly stored. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements. Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software. Help with the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by supervisors. Assist in office supply management and inventory control. Ensure the smooth flow of communication between departments and external contacts. Help in coordinating office activities and events. Assist in managing office logistics, such as arranging deliveries or office repairs. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business operations. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in accounting or administrative support (3 years experience is required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
