Overview

Data Analyst (Intercompany Agreement & Service Level Agreement Administrator) based in Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines. The role is part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) Remote Business Services (RBS) team and is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and administration of Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across SGS entities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct, as well as all applicable health, safety, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate the creation and/or update of ICAs for GBS Remote Business Support services.
  • Develop new SLAs for each line of business and/or Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in each country using RBS.
  • Conduct annual reviews and updates of all ICAs and SLAs, or as needed when services are added or removed.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various SGS departments and operations globally to drive execution of ICAs and SLAs accordingly.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date ICA and SLA documentation on the team’s shared access platforms.
  • Support the development and review of related protocols, assessments, procedures, and technologies.
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service to internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Uphold internal standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals or personal/professional development.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment within GBS.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
