Position Overview Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as part of a fast-growing intelligent automation consultancy. Working out of the Professional Services delivery function, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects. This will involve the design, development, testing, and production delivery of robotic processes built within UiPath. You will be client-facing and will build successful relationships between TQA and its clients. The ideal candidate will also need to support the success of internal business targets including Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, and Billable Utilization. Key Responsibilities 1. RPA Design and Development Designing efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts (BAs). Building quality robotic processes which are subject to code review by a Solution Architect. Following any code changes to keep in line with TQA development standards. Testing robotic processes end to end and performing User Acceptance Testing alongside clients. 2. Process Analysis Work with business analysts to understand the process flows and assess automation feasibility. Identify areas for optimization and suggest process improvements. 3. Testing, Deployment, Maintenance and Support Deploy bots in production environments and monitor performance. Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate bots. Provide post-production support and maintenance of deployed bots. Identify process exceptions and ensure smooth execution of automated workflows. 4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement Liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the entire project lifecycle. Building successful relationships with clients whilst working very closely with them. Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience having a comprehensive knowledge of UiPath Standards & Best Practices. Track record of successful Uipath process implementations. Previous experience in either acting as a solution architect on processes or developing processes autonomously with little input from an SA. Excellent verbal and written communication with clients. Ability to quickly learn new skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Experience with supporting a delivery team. Previous experience in escalating incidents & concerns on a project, ensuring any problems are mitigated/resolved. High aptitude for creative problem solving and willingness to challenge & improve best standards & practices. Strong time management skills. Experience in setting up UiPath infrastructure. Previous Document Understanding or Process Mining Experience. Experience with AI machine learning concepts. Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
