The platform was developed rapidly in response to the increased demand during the global pandemic, addressing the unmet needs of clients underserved by traditional mental health providers. Research indicates that online mental healthcare can be effective for clients who face barriers to in-person appointments, reducing missed sessions and increasing accessibility.
Duties and Responsibilities- Record transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare month-end financial statements and analysis; update the YTD FS file.
- Prepare and update tax schedules (1601C and quarterly ITR).
- Maintain the cash position file.
- Monitor and send monthly tax calendar.
- Prepare and file monthly tax forms.
- Compute BD sales commissions.
- Assist the finance manager with other financial reports required by the board.
- Assist in annual external audits.
- Prepare schedules of manual books of accounts.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Experience with Zoho is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
