Responsibilities
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
  • Determine operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirements, and solution development.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and review; recommending changes in implementation and/or procedures.
  • Construct and update unit tests for new and existing classes.
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of Java project experience with a minimum of 1 year in people management.
  • DevOps mindset and practice.
  • Excellent analytical, deductive, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong Java (preferably version 1.8) and SQL background.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and React JS.
  • Solid experience in writing unit tests.
  • Exposure to technologies like containerization and reliable system design.
