Job Description Guide and train maintenance technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on farm electrical systems, process controllers, and electrical equipment to ensure efficient operation and prolonged service life of machines and equipment. Responsibilities Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and systems to identify the cause of breakdowns and implement corrections. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using devices such as megohmmeters, voltmeters, and clamp meters to ensure safety and compatibility. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment (e.g., motors) and place conduit, pulling wires through to complete circuits. Remain on-call during off-hours and rest days to maintain electrical equipment in good condition. Attend to electrical repairs and other requirements of Grow Fin Farms and Poultry. Manage SAP time confirmations from technicians and conduct preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance work orders. Ensure compliance with 5S activities and ISO 9001:201. Recommend and suggest improvements (KAIZEN) as part of department quality improvements. Conduct technical trainings on repairs and maintenance standard protocols; perform audits to ensure adherence by the maintenance team. Attend escalations of complex or higher-level troubleshooting as required by technicians or operations. Food Safety Complies with quality, Halal (if applicable), health, and food safety policy, standards, and regulations of the company. Responsible for reporting problems related to the Food Safety & Quality Management System to identified authorities. Other Tasks Participate in company programs related to quality improvement, safety and security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management, etc. Perform other tasks related to the job as assigned by the immediate superior.
