Phone Banker/ Call Center Agent – Mandaluyong / Makati (On Site)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month (varies by position)

Locations: Mandaluyong and Makati, National Capital Region

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate basic customer inquiries, requests, or complaints received through the assigned channel.
  • Provide clear and accurate information; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure excellent service quality.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate; BPO experience preferred.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • 1 year of Call Center/BPO experience is an advantage for some roles.
  • College graduate of any course may be required for certain postings.
