Due to continued strong growth, we are actively seeking to appoint a professional & experienced Sales Agent to join our VIC team. As an experienced real estate sales agent or Agents Representative, you will form part of our committed real estate sales team. With strong support from your peers, partners & business leaders, your focus will be to increase our local market footprint across residential sales, with a strong focus on outstanding customer experiences and long-term career growth on your mind.

Your experience and knowledge are important to us:

  • Real-Estate sales experience is essential for this role
  • Appraisals, new sales, seller/buyer enquiries, new listings, buyer appointments, and prospecting, just to name a few
  • Achieving monthly & quarterly benchmarks
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Driver’s License & access to vehicle
  • Knowledge & experience within the northern suburbs are highly desirable
Responsibilities
  • Drive residential real estate sales within the local market footprint
  • Respond to seller/buyer inquiries, prepare appraisals, engage in new listings, and conduct buyer appointments
  • Prospect for new opportunities and work toward monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Driver’s License & access to vehicle
  • Real-Estate sales experience
  • Knowledge of the northern suburbs is desirable
