Supervises and ensures the AR team’s preparedness in managing and handling the demands of the company’s Sales and Client Relations departments. Provides summary and analysis of the collections and receivables to help Management in budgeting and in overall decision-making. Reviews consignment and pull-out documents from warehouse and encodes consignment slips in Microsoft NAV. Ensures that subsidiary ledgers are updated and adjusted accordingly so that customers can obtain updated and accurate statements of accounts. Checks sales invoices, debit/credit memos, and statements of accounts prior to issuance to customers. Monitors and reviews customers’ account details for late and non-payments and other irregularities. Handles customer complaints and facilitates investigation and resolution. Provides a summary of delinquent accounts and coordinates with the Credit and Collection Officer for legal remedies. Coordinates with Sales teams and ensures that statements and reports are provided to them on time for efficient collections. Supervises the AR team and ensures that the demands and requirements of internal and external customers are provided on time. Recommends and implements policies and procedures to improve overall receivable collections and management. Recommends and implements policies and procedures to improve overall receivable collections and management. QualificationsMust be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably with CPA license. Must have adept with various accounting procedures and practices, specifically in accounts receivable. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position. Good written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and has good decision-making skills. Excellent time management skills.
