Position: Payroll Specialist Location : BGC, On-siteSchedule : Night Shift, Monday to Friday Budget : up to 40,000 - 50,000 Join a dynamic and growing team as a Payroll Specialist, where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a key role in supporting our US-based workforce. Were looking for someone with strong payroll experience whos comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for payroll applications, including configuration, maintenance, and updates Work with HR to enter new hires into ADP and ensure accurate payroll data Compile and input employee time and payroll information using Excel and ADP Double-check payroll details such as hours worked, deductions, and taxes before processing Process and release paychecks for mailing or delivery Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to managers and accounting Assist the Payroll Manager in improving payroll processes and practices Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field At least three years of payroll experience Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience using ADP is highly preferred Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to US-based workflows If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about getting payroll right, we would love to hear from you.
