WFH - Architect / Project Manager (CC)

Overview Join a leading architectural firm as a Project Architect , where you’ll design and manage residential projects for U.S.-based clients from concept to completion. This role combines creative design expertise with hands-on project management, ensuring that every phase—from initial concept to construction—reflects excellence and precision. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, luxury residential designs that meet both aesthetic and functional goals. Job Highlights Monthly Rate: Php 60,000-63,000 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (with 1-hour unpaid break) Work Arrangement: Work from home Contract: Independent Contractor Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor , selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on performance in the application process. Role Overview We are seeking an Architect who can both design and remotely manage projects from start to finish. This position merges creative design with project oversight—ensuring that the vision developed during design is executed seamlessly through construction and completion. The ideal candidate will prepare design concepts, drawings, and documentation, while also managing project schedules, budgets, and client communications. Role Objectives Architectural Design Lead the creative design process for high-end residential projects Translate client needs into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling designs Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit (BIM experience strongly preferred) Ensure design quality and intent are preserved during construction Prepare and submit permit applications; coordinate with building officials and revise designs as needed Project Management Oversee projects from concept through construction and handover Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Monitor construction progress via daily videos and reports; resolve issues promptly Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment Client Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during design and support project execution Prepare design presentations and regular progress updates Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity and project feasibility Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all designs and construction comply with codes, regulations, and industry standards Maintain exceptional quality across all project phases Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed Architect preferred 7–10 years of experience designing and managing U.S.-based residential projects (luxury/custom home experience is a plus) Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit , and related design tools (BIM experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage both design and construction processes Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Independent Contractor Perks Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Reminder Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
