You will make a direct impact by: Monitoring dedicated inboxes for Loss Runs, Premium Finance, and Claims, and processing valid requests within 24–48 hours. Accurately verifying, uploading, and organizing insurance documents using Origami and SharePoint. Coordinating with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of insurance requests. Maintaining compliance and confidentiality in line with Standard Operating Procedures. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims or underwriting support, or administrative processing. Experience with Loss Runs, Premium Finance, or policy documentation is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Familiar with Origami Risk or similar insurance systems. Knowledge of document management and proper file naming conventions. Non‑Negotiables: Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Excellent written communication and professionalism in client interactions. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
