Role title: Technical Support Specialist
Join our team as a go-to problem solver behind the scenes. You will use SQL knowledge and integration expertise (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) to keep systems running, resolve sync issues, and support clients globally. If you enjoy digging into databases, solving technical challenges, and turning data into insights within a collaborative, fast-moving team, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installations of all supported ezyCollect integrations (NetSuite, MYOB EXO, MYOB Acumatica, Xero) and complex integrations
- Performing daily sync integration checks
- Resolving daily support tickets
- Inbound customer support (Hubspot inbox and Intercom live chats)
- Liaising with technology partners to resolve client issues
- Maintaining proper technical documentation
- Providing after-hours support when needed (US or other client time zones)
Role requirements
General
- Minimum 2–3 years in a technical SaaS/FinTech support role
- Ability to handle urgent investigations and high-priority issues
- Customer-focused with fluent English; comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Ability to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AUS and US clients preferred
- Problem-solving mindset, strong work ethic, adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proactive with initiative, high-quality work
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness to work outside regular hours when required
Technical
- Experience with integrations to Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or MYOB
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across software integrations
- Strong database knowledge; capable of SQL queries for reporting/analysis
- Experience with Java, RESTful APIs, Tomcat or similar application servers
