Job Description

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze market data, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance.

Product Development Support:

  • Assist in the creation of product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for product launches and updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth product development and launch.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage product-related calendars, schedules, and meetings.
  • Track budgets and expenses related to product development.
  • Maintain product documentation and databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products.
