Supports end-to-end procurement and payment operations, ensuring timely processing, compliance, and cross-functional coordination at Bayer. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with procurement guidelines. Process and validate invoices for payment while ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. Monitor open items, resolve mismatches or discrepancies between POs, receipts, and invoices. Support vendor onboarding, maintenance, and communication. Assist in the preparation of reports related to procurement, payment, and vendor metrics. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues in the procure-to-pay process. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls compliance. Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or shared services. Basic understanding of procurement or finance operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination abilities.
