Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. The role requires the ability to read blueprints, follow building codes and safety standards, and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assess plumbing issues and determine the best course of action.
  • Install, maintain, repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and equipment; cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using appropriate tools.
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
  • Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify leaks and ensure functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems; perform routine maintenance to prevent issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other construction staff for proper installation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
  • Provide customer service and collaborate with other trades as needed.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualification as a Plumber or equivalent experience; NC II Certification in Plumbing is preferred or required depending on project.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or utilities work.
  • Knowledgeable in plumbing systems, pipe installation, repair techniques, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in varied environments; willing to work long hours or shifts if required.
  • Willing to work on project sites in the specified location and comply with local codes and safety guidelines.
