This is a remote position.

Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements. Architecting, designing and implementing a reliable and scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform. Automating tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met. Ensuring high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Providing technical and group leadership to fellow team members

Requirements

• B.S. or MS in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, and API automation works, Jenkins
• Knowledge and experience with ROBOT automation framework using Python
• 3+ years of experience working with Python and/or J2EE technology or equivalent OO paradigm
• Experience with automating test validation either via API or through database using Snowflake, HIVE or AWS Athenais highly desirable
• Knowledgeable in Git workflows like branching, merging and conflict resolution
• Understanding of Agile testing methodologies required
• Web application testing experience required both in frontend and backend validations
• Technically well versed in developing comprehensive test plans covering business use cases and test cases
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, and SQL, NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, Thrift, CI, and AWS is highly desirable
• Experience working with container based solution is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements

● Come up with Test Plan and write Test Cases for Web Applications

● Execute the Test Cases Manually and provide sign Offs

● Define test automation strategies.

● Develop and maintain end-to-end test suites as per below.

● UI Automation: Experience on Java or Python programming languages. Expertise in creation of test scripts. Capturing elements dynamically and writing gherkin files

● API Automation: Good experience on postman. Any framework experience using below tools. Apache Jmeter, Rest Assured, Ready api, SoapUI. Create and execute automated test scripts for regression, functional, and performance testing.

● Identify and report defects, track issues, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

● Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Maintain code using Git. Write clear and concise test documentation, including test plans and test cases. Participate in code reviews.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech: Computer Science / MCA
• 5+ years of proven experience in test automation
• Strong Manual Testing skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience with Agile software development processes
• Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, best practices, and test design techniques
• Experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket CI, or similar
