What You'll Do

• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns using metrics such as conversions, engagement, and ROI, ensuring continuous optimization. You will closely track, analyze, and optimize performance of your channels. You will also be involved in the execution and ideation of each marketing campaign.
• Budget Oversight: Plan and manage budgets effectively, ensuring that all influencer campaigns stay within financial limits while maximizing ROI.
• Take full responsibility of the influencer and affiliate marketing in Emma's APAC markets (PH, IN, HK, TW, AU, JP, KR), including all channels of Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Podcasts, Websites, etc.
• Agency Collaboration: Work closely with influencer marketing agencies to increase the volume of activations and explore emerging platforms and channels for brand exposure.
• Generate insights by developing deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players.
• Take ownership of strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including local showrooms, affiliate agencies, etc.
• Continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth.
• Utilize current trends on Instagram / YouTube / TikTok, etc. to craft engaging, entertaining content that will drive action from customers and generate sales. Be responsible for growing influencer revenue month-on-month.
• Liaise with country and global marketing teams to ensure our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy is closely aligned with our business goals.
• Collect and share learnings, content and best practices across the wider Emma influencer marketing operation.

What We're Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any course, but preferably Marketing or Business.
• You have 3-8 years of relevant work experience.
• You love business, and your passion for it drives strong motivation within you to find solutions for difficulties.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility towards your work.
• You are able to collaborate closely with different departments for your projects.
• You embrace change. Change stimulates you to improve and adapt to the fast-changing business environment.
• You show initiative, are reliable, aspire for progress, structured, detail-minded, and have strong analytical skills.
