What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a Marketing Designer & Web Developer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You should have a strong eye for visual design and the technical skills to bring ideas to life across web, digital, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate is a versatile creative thinker who can move seamlessly between brand design, front‑end web development, and content creation. You’re comfortable designing visual systems, building websites, editing videos, and optimizing the digital user experience—all while maintaining a consistent brand voice. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, detail‑oriented, and excited to help elevate Clarity’s visual storytelling across multiple channels. Responsibilities—what you'll do: Brand Design & Identity Create new logos, brand systems, and visual identities for Clarity sub‑brands and initiatives. Develop brand manuals, color palettes, typography, and asset libraries. Design supporting branding assets (icons, templates, patterns, signage). Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and materials. Web Design & Development Design and build websites on Squarespace and WordPress. Maintain SEO fundamentals (metadata, sitemaps, site health). Implement forms, automations, and integrations (ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, etc.). Contribute to UX / UI improvements and optimize the user journey. Graphic Design Produce visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and internal communications. Uphold a unified aesthetic across all sub‑brands and touchpoints. Video & Motion Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and the website — events, tours, testimonials, educational content. Add branded motion graphics, captions, and sound balancing. Prepare exports optimized for each platform. Work cross‑functionally with the team on campaigns, launches, and ongoing content updates. Manage digital assets and version control for all brand materials. Contribute ideas for improving workflows, visual storytelling, and platform performance. Qualifications: Required Skills Professional experience in graphic design, branding, web design/development, and video editing. Proficiency in: Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma Branding: logo creation, visual systems, brand manuals Video: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Automation: ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, or similar Strong sense of layout, typography, and responsive design. Excellent organization and time-management across multiple projects. Fully fluent in English Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time This position is for serious, career‑oriented candidates Nice to Have Motion graphics / animation (After Effects). Photography or retouching. SEO knowledge and analytics literacy. Experience in wellness, design, or creative‑service industries.
