Responsibilities
  • Administrator for Workday Human Capital Management System.
  • Serve as in-house specialist for file feed/integrations to/from Workday with internal or external systems, including developing new integrations using Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), troubleshooting and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, and collaborating with outsourced partners or internal IT for complex projects.
  • Perform data loads to Workday using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Collaborate with HR-AML (US Team) on Workday development and configuration to meet business requirements across HR functions such as performance, talent, compensation, benefits, and absence management.
  • Understand new Workday features and assist in adopting relevant functionalities.
  • Work with HR to determine the importance and timing of new feature releases.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy Act.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience with HCM systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle as a super-user or analyst.
  • Preferably 2+ years in HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver data based on high-level requirements.
