Support our B2B customers in their business travels. Liaise with suppliers and partners to resolve booking issues. Maintain high satisfaction and exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests. Address, anticipate, and solve problems; act as owner and anticipate issues before they arise. Help define and establish best practices with the team in sales, operations, and customer care. Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches in TravelPerk.
Qualifications
- Customer service background in hospitality (hotels, travel agencies, airlines, offices)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in Business English, spoken and written
- Proven experience delivering high-quality service in client-facing roles
