We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.**About the role**We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Platform Engineer with a strong focus on AWS and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.This role requires a deep understanding of AWS services and a solid foundation in DevOps methodologies.**Role Responsibilities*** Engineer and deploy highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.* Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab* Implement monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.* Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, security, and resilience.* Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.* Collaborate with software development teams to integrate and deploy applications seamlessly.* Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.* Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).* Stay current with the latest AWS services, DevOps tools, and industry best practices.**Experience / Competences*** Extensive experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on AWS.* In-depth knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM and EKS.* Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.* Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.* Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.* Platforms; Windows Server, Amazon Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu* Experience with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes and EKS.* Strong understanding of network architecture and network security best practices in AWS.* Good understanding of security best practices for AWS Services implementation.* Experience in designing and implementing resilient systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Strong communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Qualifications/Skills:*** AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).* Experience with advanced monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.* Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).* Knowledge of Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms (such as wiz.io, Prisma Cloud, etc)**Job Band & Level*** Manager / 6 or 7**#LI-Hybrid** **#LI-MID****Company Statement**We know that the best innovation happens when diverse people with different perspectives and skills work together in an inclusive atmosphere.
