EDP/ MIS Officer

• Graduate BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Above average knowledge and know how of Power BI
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing IT-related concerns and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend relevant technologies.
