Overview We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer - Hospital We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our hospital operations in Las Piñas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care across all departments by managing staff, finances, quality standards, and operational processes, reporting directly to the President and working closely with other leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and optimize patient satisfaction. As COO, he/she is in charge of the overall management of the strategic development of the hospital including its future healthcare expansion ventures. Location: Las Piñas, Philippines⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Chief Operating Officer - Hospital What You'll Do Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring high-quality patient care Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation Monitor financial performance and develop budgets aligned with goals Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all departments What We’re Looking For 1. Academic: MBA or MBA-H graduate or College Graduate of Business; Creative Manager with good organization and communication skills 2. Work Experience: 10 years of experience in the same capacity and function. With hospital background and extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Finance, Marketing and Business Development. Other qualifications (Skills and Abilities) Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Has extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. With effective communication skills. Exceptional work ethics, with ability to convey and present a professional attitude; Detail-oriented, with keen attention to details. Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. Aligns department and team goals with those of organization; Encourages a work culture of continuous learning, information sharing, and professional development.
