Position Overview We’re seeking a Sales Specialist to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for our partner’s AI automation platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in building the top of the sales funnel, engaging qualified leads, and helping shape their go-to-market efforts. This position is ideal for someone who’s self-motivated, target-driven, and energized by startup growth environments. Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to identify and engage potential leads. Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers and prospective clients. Utilize tools such as Apollo, Instantly, and Sales Navigator to build and manage outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate lead activity, engagement data, and performance metrics. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion efficiency. Contribute to simple sales enablement materials, such as short demo videos or outreach content, as needed. Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions. Requirements Must-Have: Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation. Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and meeting-booking goals. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience using modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (ET or PT). Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability. Nice-to-Have: Experience in SaaS, technology, or AI-related industries. Familiarity with generative AI tools or concepts. Experience creating brief demo or outreach content. Background in startup or fast-scaling business environments.
