The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing Bald Puppies Solutions Inc.'s online presence. The role focuses on lead generation, content creation, digital campaign execution, and initial client pre-qualification. The associate must leverage digital tools, analytics, and prompt engineering to ensure leads are of high quality and conversion rates exceed industry standards. Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all company platforms. Generate quality leads across all Bald Puppies Solutions products and services. Conduct initial pre-sales qualification of leads before handing them over to Sales. Manage paid ads with ROI-driven execution. Monitor analytics, conversion metrics, and continuously optimize campaigns. Maintain and update website content. Actively use tools for copywriting, research, and campaign ideation with applied prompt engineering techniques. Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align marketing messages with business goals. Report campaign performance weekly and monthly with actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. Strong knowledge of social media and website management. Experience in running lead-generation campaigns with measurable results. Familiarity with paid advertising.
