RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: - Mandarin Service Desk is responsible for providing phone support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. - Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users. - Investigate and resolve user questions and technical issues. - Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel. - Prioritize and escalate issues following company procedures.
