Loan Documentation and Processing Analyst, Officer

Responsibilities Prepare and review loan documentation while supporting a variety of tasks related to the loan process. Process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment. Participate in day‑to‑day collateral management, including booking cash transactions, making payments, and inputting general ledger entries. Interact with counterparties regarding positions, outstanding balances, and claims. Support a diverse array of products, risk, and control services. Identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing, recommending process improvements. Design and analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports for management requirements. Minimize risk to the bank by monitoring procedural requirements and suggesting improvements. Timely manage and Escalate all inquiries and issues related to loan processing. Demonstrate strong execution capabilities and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders. Apply ethical judgment, comply with policies, and report control issues with transparency. Qualifications 1‑2 years of banking experience. Elementary knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the loan process. Understanding of loan processes, procedures, products, and services. Basic awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation. Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and Escalate risks and issues. Awareness of various risks, policies, and control measures. Compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adherence to policies. Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
