Job Title: Marketing Manager
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm MST | 12 am to 9 am Philippine Time Salary Range : $1,700/month
Holiday: 6 paid days off per year plus most US Federal Holidays; Contractor is also eligible for semi-annual bonuses and a professional development stipend.
About The Company
Our client is a premier group psychotherapy practice focused on providing Couples Therapy and Sex Therapy from specialized clinicians. They also provide coaching services, group sessions, and day-long intensives. They serve clients throughout Texas, Colorado and Washington for therapy, as well as clients nationwide (USA) with coaching services.
They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and company.
About The Role
The Marketing Manager works alongside our CEO / CMO on marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, digital content, and strategies directed at increasing our company's client leads, SEO, and website traffic. You will lead the creation of high-quality content for our high-quality mental health service company. Your role is a balance of strategy and forward-thinking tasks, with real-time implementation, analysis, and content creation.
Duties And Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, in a combination of images, short form video, long form video, and written content.
  • SEO/SIO/AIO: Monitor and improve the rank of our site within search engines and Al results to increase visibility. Use keyword research, content creation best practices, link building, and technical audits to improve organic search results, increase website traffic, and optimize our content for Al searches.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and identify trends to improve content strategy.
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts.
  • Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan, branding, and social media strategy to recommend updates and keep us at the forefront of our markets)
  • Identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KP|s) for social media and email campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, click through rate, and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPls.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and prepare weekly reports to track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify opportunities and make recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Graphic Design: Basic graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, email banners, and other marketing collateral using design tools.
  • Al Required. Mid to Advanced knowledge and skills in Al tools, platforms, and how to integrate these tools into your daily workflow to improve efficiency, the quality of marketing content creation, ideation, and our overall team's speed. Beyond using Al for research, you are skilled at using Al to create and implement high quality work.
  • Al Plus: A strong interest in Al tools, research, and building out Al-driven workflows is a plus.
  • Administrative Support: Provide relevant administrative support to the executive team, including organizing marketing meetings, communicating with the broader team, reporting on the progress of tasks and project completion, and handling marketing-related inquiries.
  • Understand the company mission, brand, color palette, and marketing tone, and maintain alignment with the company's values.
  • Continued personal and professional development.
  • Ability to manage Paid Ads (social, YouTube, Google, etc) is a plus.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with online brands, startups, or working within a marketing team.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Strong proficiency in Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
  • YouTube, Tik Tok, etc. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Video editing skills are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
