OverviewSales and Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities- Responsible for assisting customers throughout the reservation process.
- Assist a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to agents and brokers.
- Coordinate with the sellers to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Entertain walk-ins, mobile, and online inquiries.
- Posting updated inventory to brokers and sellers.
- Creating and designing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements, to showcase properties and increase visibility.
- Preparing contracts and other legal documents required for the sale or purchase of a property.
- Assisting with the coordination of open houses and other property showings to provide a positive experience for potential buyers.
- Publishing necessary advertisement posts on social media platforms.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Knowledgeable in real estate industry, with at least 1 year experience in real estate and reservation process.
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
