Bookkeeper - MYOB (AU Construction, Hybrid) Location: Mandaluyong, National Capital Region, Philippines Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT) What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or finance support role (AP, AR, Invoice, etc.) Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MYOB and Excel. Experience with any project management systems/ CRM is desirable Data entry skills Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and direct costs in MYOB and Procore. Assist with the preparation and processing of end‑of‑month supplier payments. Ensure all invoiceable work is billed in accordance with contract timelines. Manage daily and weekly processing of payables and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile transactions, manage supplier relationships, and follow up on outstanding invoices or credit notes. Assist with employee onboarding, including new employee setup in MYOB. Provide general administrative support to the finance team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
