A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator , you will support the Direct and Programmatic Operations team in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns and the associated ad-tech systems.

You will:

• Capture and document screenshots of digital advertising campaigns

• Report on missing creatives

• Conduct creative testing and trafficking of standard display, rich media, and video assets (first-party or third-party hosted)

• Generate advertiser campaign delivery reports

You bring:

Mandatory:

• Effective time management to meet requests from internal stakeholders within tight timeframes

• Clear and concise communication skills with a strong client service orientation

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments

• Strong attention to detail

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

• High level of organization and proactivity

Preferred:

• 1–2 years’ experience in digital, marketing, ad operations, media sales, or project management

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or Finance

• Experience in digital advertising operations

• Familiarity with sizmek, DBM, Innovid, and Bonzai tags

• Experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP)

• Understanding of ad serving, analytics, and optimization technologies

• Exposure to video advertising metrics and reporting

• Minimal errors and issues in campaign deployment
