Training Delivery: Conducting training sessions in various formats, such as classroom-style seminars, workshops, and role-playing exercises, for both new and existing call center agents. Performance Evaluation & Coaching: Assessing the effectiveness of training through evaluations and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing individual coaching and feedback to agents. Needs Assessment & Collaboration: Working with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs within the call center and developing strategies to address them.
