About The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Art Director to craft high-impact, visually compelling work across digital, print, presentations, branding and advertising. We’re seeking an independent thinker and detail-oriented maker who is the consummate team player who takes direction well. This is a hands-on role for a motivated candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating work that stands out and drives engagement.
Remote - Colombia
Schedule : 9am - 6pm PST
Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute visual assets across digital, print, and presentation platforms.
• Develop marketing materials, websites, social media assets, advertisements, and infographics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and client deliverables.
• Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Optimize designs for digital platforms, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Design stunning Keynote presentations with stunning visuals, animations, and seamless layouts.
• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience in an ad agency, design firm or fast-paced creative environment.
• Proficiency in Figma—ability to design, prototype, and collaborate efficiently in a modern digital workflow.
• Expertise in Keynote—capable of designing visually compelling, animated, and highly polished presentations.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing creativity or quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A standout portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various media.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Background in branding and visual storytelling.
