Date Posted: Country: Philippines Location: Lot 18 3rd Street, First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines Position Role Type: Unspecified Responsible in leading the QA Team in developing, planning, coordinating and implementing Quality activities with the emphasis on error prevention, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, legislation, regulation and reduction on variation/waste. Ultimately responsible for the quality of the product. JOB DESCRIPTION Establish and implement inspection criteria in accordance with B/E customer, statutory or regulatory requirements. Maximize resources to support production delivery schedules. Responsible in training and certification process for product release. Ensure product conformance to design data before shipment. Conduct QMS Internal Quality Audit. Conduct Process Audit. Quality records management to support traceability related to area supervised and product release. Quality records management. Monitoring of Supplier compliance against design data. New/Revise/Special process compliance to established procedures. Manage overall corrective/preventive actions, closure through actual: Implementation Verification of data if effective Qualifications Engineering or other 4-years course graduate. Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing company—at least certified to ISO9001 covering incoming, in-process and final inspection. Actual and hands on experience in effective process control establishment and implementation. Capable to balance employee development and discipline. Extensive experience with 8D problem solving principle and risk management methodology (i.e. PFMEA). With working knowledge on Lean Management and Statistical Process Control. Able to perform basic calibration or validation of inspection tools/equipment. Understand and able to conduct Gauge Reproducibility and Repeatability study (GR&R). With internal quality auditor experience. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year. Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan. With at least a year in his/her current position.
