The Assistant Manager /Manager for Lease Data Management assists the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality service delivery, while also performing analyst tasks. This role leverages technical expertise and leadership potential to ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Serve as a point of contact for the team in the Manager's absence, addressing concerns or escalating issues as needed.
- Support effective delegation of tasks to team members, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
- Validate, review, and process invoices in accordance with lease agreements and internal protocols, collecting proper backup documentation.
- Perform lease audit functions, process reconciliations, and conduct audits of Year-End CAM, Insurance, and Real Estate Tax charges for accuracy according to lease documents.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in lease data management and real estate is advantageous
- At least 2 years of experience supervising a small team, providing guidance and training
- Proficient in lease administration, EFT/ERP/financial software, and MS Office, with good presentation skills
- A motivated team player capable of supporting a multi-regional, diverse team and engaging effectively in a matrix organization environment
